Brendan Meidenbauer · Meidy Marketing

I fix and rebuild websites for small businesses in Ohio.

A flat $750, live in about a week. You know the price and the day you'll have your site before I start. No billing by the hour, and no surprises at the end.

Before and after

Before: their current site
R.J. Heating & Cooling's current website: a dated layout with a stock photo banner above a list of services R.J. Heating & Cooling's current website on a phone, with a small phone number
After: my redesign concept
My R.J. Heating & Cooling redesign: request service and the phone number on the first screen My R.J. Heating & Cooling redesign on a phone, with a tap-to-call button

R.J. Heating & Cooling

Heating & cooling · Cleveland, OH

A family business since 1946, with 300+ five-star reviews. I rebuilt the home page around one action, requesting service, with the phone number one tap away on every screen.

Before: a directory listing was their web presence
A third-party directory listing for Koko Bakery, not a site the bakery owns The same directory listing for Koko Bakery on a phone
After: my redesign concept
My Koko Bakery redesign: opening hours, address and a call button on the first screen My Koko Bakery redesign on a phone, with hours and a call button at the top

Koko Bakery

Asian-style bakery & tea shop · Cleveland, OH

A bakery with 1,100+ reviews, but online the main thing that showed up for it was someone else's directory listing. My rebuild gives it a site of its own, with the hours, the address, and a call button on the first screen.

Before: their current site
Fellowship Physical Therapy's current website: a large photo announcing that the clinic moved Fellowship Physical Therapy's current website on a phone
After: my redesign concept
My Fellowship Physical Therapy redesign: one-on-one care and an appointment request on the first screen My Fellowship Physical Therapy redesign on a phone, with a request-appointment button

Fellowship Physical Therapy

Physical therapy clinic · Johnson City, TN

Their site still opened with "It's Officially… We Moved!" My rebuild leads with what makes them different, one-on-one care, and puts an appointment request one tap away.

Simple pricing

One price for the website. An optional monthly plan if you'd rather never think about it again.

Website

$750 one time

  • Up to 5 pages, designed for phones first
  • Tap-to-call button and a contact form that emails you
  • Your hours, address, and services on the first screen
  • Set up so Google can find you: page titles, descriptions, and Search Console
  • Five rounds of changes after you see it
  • Live on your domain in about a week
Start with a 15-minute call

Care plan optional

$35 per month

  • Hosting and the security padlock (HTTPS)
  • Your domain renewal, handled
  • Small updates whenever you need them: hours, prices, photos, specials
  • I check that the site is up and working
  • Cancel anytime, and the site stays yours

Rather handle hosting yourself? That's fine. I'll hand everything over when it's done.

How it works

Four steps. The price is settled in step two and doesn't move after that.

  1. 01

    We talk

15 minutes on the phone. Tell me about your business and what's not working online.

  2. 02

    I build it

You get the price and the date in writing before I start: a flat $750, live in about a week.

  3. 03

    You review, I adjust

Tell me what's wrong or missing and I fix it. Five rounds of changes are included.

  4. 04

    It goes live

Your site on your domain, with your phone number and hours on the first screen.

About me

I'm Brendan Meidenbauer. I grew up in Brunswick, Ohio, and I'm a student at Miami University in Oxford. I started Meidy Marketing because so many great local businesses have websites that make them look worse than they are: hard to use on a phone, out of date, or missing entirely.

I build the kind of site where your phone number is the easiest thing on the page. And when you hire me, you talk to me. The person who answers your email is the person who builds your site.

Tell me about your business

A sentence about what you need is enough to start. Or just call or text, whichever is easier.
